The product
IEFlow is an independent connector between your chosen compatible assistant and supported university services. It is not IE University, an AI subscription, or a guarantee of access to every platform feature. You use your own authorized accounts, and platform availability and permissions still apply.
Free, Pro and Supporter
The published Free scope remains available without a product membership. Pro provides supported assisted actions. Supporter includes Pro plus suitable opt-in previews, roadmap participation and development updates. Suggestions are open to everyone and do not create a commitment to build custom work.
A membership grants feature access, not authorization for an assistant to act without your instruction. Review action preparations carefully. Not every registration, application, booking or form is supported. Coursework submission and unverified workflows remain portal tasks.
Your account and software
Keep product and university sign-in information secure. Do not share access credentials, evade account controls or use the product to access information you are not entitled to. You choose your assistant and its model. You are responsible for the instructions you give it; IEFlow does not control unrelated actions it takes through other tools.
New commercial packages are licensed for your own authorized use while access is active, subject to the accompanying license. Rights already granted for previously released open-source versions are not withdrawn. Source development repositories are private and not part of the customer subscription.
Trials and subscriptions
A trial begins only when you deliberately activate it after connecting a service. Standard trials last 14 days; an eligible referral extends this to 30 days. No card is required and trial expiry does not create a paid subscription. Prices and billing cadence are shown before purchase; see billing and referral terms.
After expiry
Free functions remain available. Existing receipts and status/reconciliation remain accessible after expiry. University account changes, including cancellations, withdrawals and declines, require Pro; you can also manage these directly in the university portal. Access licenses may be cached briefly to tolerate outages; revocation can therefore take time to reach an offline client.
Availability, previews and responsibility
University services and host interfaces can change. We maintain integrations and report limitations, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or successful external outcomes. Preview features are opt-in and may change or be withdrawn. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
