Prices and cadence
Pro: €10 monthly or €100 annually. Supporter: €15 monthly or €150 annually. Annual plans provide twelve months for the price of ten. The final applicable tax treatment and total are shown before a real purchase. Your AI-provider fees are separate.
No-card trials
Choose to start your one-time trial after a university connection is ready. Normal trials last 14 days; valid referred trials last 30. A trial does not require payment details and ends on Free unless you explicitly purchase a subscription.
Renewal and plan changes
A purchased subscription renews on the selected cadence until cancellation. You can stop renewal, update a payment method, retrieve invoices and change eligible plans in the billing portal. Any immediate plan-change charges or credits are shown before confirmation. Cancellation normally preserves access through the prepaid period.
Referrals
A new eligible user may attach one referrer’s code when activating their first trial. Their first qualifying EUR subscription payment of at least €10 must remain unrefunded and undisputed for 30 days. The referrer then earns €10 account credit toward future subscription invoices, up to €60 credited per rolling twelve-month period.
Credits are not cash and do not create a subscription. Unused credits carry forward to a future invoice. An annual customer receives credit against a future invoice rather than an automatic refund of a prepaid year. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent rewards do not qualify. If the referrer has no billing account yet, a valid reward remains pending until it can be applied.
Refund requests and consumer rights
Contact ieflow@victorgurbani.com for a mistaken charge, duplicate payment or refund request. We investigate billing faults and do not use a blanket “no refunds” policy to override applicable law. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected.
The final paid-launch withdrawal notice, seller particulars and any request for immediate performance will be presented before checkout. They are not silently inferred from using the Free product.
Current status
Real checkout is disabled during the pre-launch test phase. Test transactions are not real charges, and simulated referral credits are not promises of cash.
