When does the trial start?
Only when you choose to activate it after connecting a university service. You get 14 days of Pro, or 30 days through a valid friend’s referral. No card is required and nothing charges automatically when the trial ends.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your existing Free tools keep working. Receipts, reconciliation and supported controls for managing existing commitments remain available. You do not lose access to your own university account.
What does a paid referral earn?
Your friend receives a 30-day Pro trial. After their first qualifying payment passes the 30-day refund/dispute hold, you receive €10 toward a future subscription invoice. Up to €60 in a rolling 12 months. No self-referrals or cash payout.
Does Supporter guarantee my suggestion gets built?
No. Supporters can vote on the roadmap, try suitable previews and contribute through structured feedback. Everyone can suggest improvements and report bugs. We keep development priorities realistic and transparent.
Can IEFlow handle every university action?
No. Only supported workflows are available. Complex forms, coursework submissions and other unverified workflows still use the portal. Your assistant explains a limitation instead of pretending to complete the action.
Will IEFlow keep checking things when my computer is off?
No. IEFlow is a local connector, not a background cloud agent. Saved searches run when invoked. Managed alerts and scheduling are not included in this release.
